CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BEST RESULTS:

  • Golden rule for preservation of quality: The less heat and less agitation, the more “like-new” your towel will remain!
  • In order to reduce snagging of terry cloth fibers in the wash, avoid washing and drying your towel with items that have zippers, buttons, or velcro.
  • For ultimate preservation of texture, size, and color saturation: wash cold with like-colored clothing and hang to dry.
  • Most sources advise sterilization settings for beach towels HOWEVER the hottest settings of washer and dryer WILL shrink your cotton towel by 3-5% on the first wash and dry cycle.
  • Spot-clean any stains with a spray of Shout or Folex. Do not scrub. Do not bleach.
